The provider side of CAC & DUNS

Your customers buy the registration. We do the filing.

The hub files business registrations with the Corporate Affairs Commission and DUNS numbers with Dun & Bradstreet, answers whatever the registrar asks for, and hands the certificate back to your platform. Your customer sees your brand throughout.

01 What the hub does

A filing desk,
not another dashboard.

Everything between "my customer wants to register a company" and "here is the certificate": the parts that are slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong.

01

Catalogue and pricing

One feed of products, wholesale prices, turnaround and the exact documents each filing needs. You set your retail price; the hub only states what it charges you.

02

Validation before money moves

Fields are checked against the registrar's own rules (business type, classification, partnership structure, required documents), so a filing is refused at your counter, not after a transfer.

03

Filing and follow-up

We submit the application, track it through the registrar, answer queries and requests for documents, and record the certificate against the order.

04

Order and settlement ledger

Every order, transfer and confirmation in one statement, so the money you sent and the work it paid for can be reconciled months later.

02 Products

Five filings, one contract.

The form spec, the document list and the price all come from the hub, so a product change reaches your app without a release.

03 Settlement

You transfer.
The order starts when it lands.

No card processing, no wallet, no float. The money moves once, between two bank accounts, and the reference is the whole reconciliation.

  1. 1

    Your customer pays you

At your price, through whatever you already use. That money never touches the hub.

  2. 2

    You create the order

The response carries a hub reference and the exact settlement amount: the hub's wholesale price less the commission it grants you.

  3. 3

    You transfer that amount

To the hub account, quoting the reference in the narration.

  4. 4

    The order starts on confirmation

Until then it waits in awaiting_settlement and nothing is filed. You are told by webhook; the console shows the same state.

They are recorded as unmatched and asked about in the console, never quietly applied to whichever order happens to be open.

04 Integration

One endpoint, and a reference you choose.

  • Idempotent on your reference Re-sending the same instanceRef returns the original order instead of filing (and charging for) a second one.
  • Webhooks, with the console as fallback Settled, in progress, completed, rejected, or waiting on the customer. A lost webhook delays a notification, never the work.
  • Documents stay on the hub Certificates and identification are stored outside the web root and served only to signed-in operators.

05 Questions

What platforms usually ask first.

If yours is not here, the WhatsApp button is faster than an email.

Platforms that already sell services to Nigerian businesses: fintech apps, VTU and bill-payment platforms, business-services portals. They would rather add registrations to their catalogue than build a filing desk.

Message us on WhatsApp. We create your tenant, issue an API key, register the account your settlements come from, and run one order with you end to end before you sell anything. There is no self-serve signup.

The hub publishes a wholesale price per product and grants each platform a commission on it. You set your retail price; the difference is yours. Settlement is the wholesale price less that commission, the same model as airtime.

The order moves to awaiting_customer with the registrar's request attached. You are told by webhook, the customer sends the document through your app, and you resubmit it against the same order, with no second payment.

It depends on the product and on the registrar's queue. The turnaround for each product is published in the catalogue your app reads, so quote from that rather than from a number in a brochure.

The order is marked rejected with the registrar's reason, and the settlement for it can be refunded from the console. Every refund lands in the ledger, so the books and the orders agree.

06 About

What these filings actually are.

Short answers to the two questions that bring most people here.

CAC registration in Nigeria

The Corporate Affairs Commission registers business names, private companies, limited partnerships and LLPs. A business name suits a sole proprietor or a partnership trading under a name; a limited company is a separate legal entity with directors, shares and persons with significant control. Each type is asked for differently, which is why the form spec here is per product rather than one long form.

Through the hub, a platform can offer registration without a filing desk of its own: the customer fills one form, the platform charges its own price, and the hub handles submission, registrar queries and the certificate.

What a DUNS number is for

A D-U-N-S number is a nine-digit identifier issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Nigerian businesses are asked for one by international partners, banks, procurement platforms and app stores. It is not a CAC number, and the Commission does not issue it.

Registering one needs the business profile and address, the owner's details, the CAC certificate and a status report, and the business mailbox has to stay reachable while the record is verified.

Let us see whether the hub fits your catalogue.

Tell us what you sell and who your customers are. If it fits, you will have an API key and a tested order the same week.
